Murder King 02:15
She forgot my fries she dies Her monarch is the paragon of lies There's too much mayonnaise He pays Tonight I feel like having it my way And in the ball pit your remains will stay Tonight I feel like having it my way Kneel to my cardboard crown and kiss my onion ring I'm a man of much renown I am your murder king The bathroom is a mess I'll take your breath The minimum wages of your sin is death It's the end for you but good news The coroner can pick you up drive-thru And in the ball pit your remains will stay Tonight I feel like having it my way Kneel to my cardboard crown and kiss my onion ring I'm a man of much renown I am your murder king Go She forgot my fries She dies Her monarch is the paragon of lies

I used to study necrology Biochemistry and pharmacology Trying to find out how to bring back the dead Now I just wish I could get rid of them instead You've killed the undead Now zombies are a bore Revenants aren't even funny anymore You've killed the undead I really hope you're pleased You've taken all the joy out of disease Now everywhere I go, they're everywhere I look On TV, at the mall, and in comic books I gotta say it really loses all its charm when you welcome the apocalypse with open arms You've killed the undead Now zombies are a bore Revenants aren't even funny anymore You've killed the undead I really hope you're pleased You've taken all the joy out of disease

You've got a problem on this planet Monsters descend and cities panic Modern science can't contain it I'll do my best to explain it It doesn't matter what you do next We can't destroy all monsters if we're still left The military can't control it It can't be stopped with bombs and bullets Modern science can't contain it I'll do my best to explain it It's not our world to protect We can't destroy all monsters if we're still left

about

In the mid-nineties, my brother and I could rent the cheesiest direct-to-video horror films we could find. Sometimes the movies were pure, unintentional comedy, and other times we'd feel like we wasted our cash on a dud. Occasionally we'd even get a genuinely scary flick.
With our cheap, off-brand snacks and the living room lights off, we'd pop a tape into the VCR, ready for either some genuine scares or some ironic laughs. Either way, it would be a good time.
Through various musical endeavors and other creative projects, I had always sought to capture the feeling of those mid-nineties summer nights. They weren't glamorous or dramatic times, but they still meant the world to me.
Because of its simplicity, punk rock creates a great canvas on which to lay many aesthetics and emotions. i hope I was able to convey the aura of those evenings.
